Grace Agenda

First I’d like to say that our Second Ever Femina Conference went super deluxe, and God kindly answered our many prayers regarding it. One of those prayers was that all the grandkids would be happy during all the hubbub. Bekah’s kids were at school during the conference, but Heather and Rachel had to do a little bit of fancy juggling. But all went well. Shadrach was a good baby and enabled Rachel to give her talk, and then she got to wear him in the front pack (the perfect accessory to her outfit) during the Q and A.

We appreciated each and every lady who came, as well as all the behind-the-scenes folks who made it all happen. We are already thinking of ideas for next year. Will life be calmer then? Will we have more prep time? Ha! I doubt it. But I’ll let you in on a secret: John Piper is coming to speak, Lord willing, at next year’s Grace Agenda conference, so snag your hotel reservations now!

  1. Valerie, you were there? You should have been wearing a sign so other internetters could have easily identified you. πŸ™‚

Mrs. Wilson, it truly was a blessing (the whole conference was: being taught & surrounded with godly wisdom was marvelous! we were soaking it up!) and we are already anticipating next year’s imparting of grace. Thank you again for the work, including all your prayers, that went into the event.

  2. I’m certain it will be a great conference with John Piper there, but I would be happy to come again just to get all of the encouragement and insight from the ladies’ talks. I hope that I can attend it again.

  3. It was a perfectly wonderful conference and the ladies pre- conference was such a blessing! Rachel’s talk gave me much food for thought that I am still processing. And speaking of food…kudos to the caterer for a perfect lunch. High on flavor but not so heavy as to weigh you down the rest of the afternoon.

  4. Audio please!! Totally miffed I’m on the other side of the world! Glad it went well and you all had fun and came away with joy and encouragement.

  5. Thank you so much for the conference; it was a blessing. I do hope Canon Press (or whoever is technically putting it on) will consider offering the Femina conference as a stand-alone option. A friend and I drove over just for the preconference, but I’m not sure we can pay the full conference price to do so every year.

Drat! I didn’t see the preconference preorders for audio. πŸ™‚
