I know we were all really stressing out about the nation-wide shortage of knit puffy hearts to use as wallhangings. Everywhere you go, people are talking about how you never see those things, and when are they going to come out with them? So, after so much wishful thinking, I have solved this enormous problem for us! We can make our own!
I am moved to tears by your heroic response to this national tragedy. You are truly an inspiration to us all!
I think there’s also a shortage of really strong peppermint tea out there. I got a bag of loose leaf and my pregnant nose just wants to move off my face and go live with the tea leaves. (My nose and I are going to counseling together.)
Whew!! Close call.
So cute! My family and I just moved into a new house and today I am unpacking and organizing my beautiful, big craft room. That is, it’s beautiful and big compared to the corner in our apartment that used to be my “craft room.” I feel sure that many darling and NEEDFUL items such as your puffy heart are about to flow out of this wonderful new space. ๐
I love your posts! As a fellow crafty person and mama to four little ones, your words encourage me and help me keep the “craziness” in perspective. Thank you!
You are an inspiration to busy Wives/Mommies everywhere! Next time I am feeling “overwhelmed” with my ONE, I will remember you and all your little blessings and that you somehow still find time to make beautiful things for your home!
I am trying to imagine what vital need that fun puffiness is satisfying – hopefully you’ll share? ๐
It’s beautiful Rachel.
Well, guess what? there is a BIG tragedy going in my home right now. My daughters and I want one and we don’t know how to sew! ๐
Congratulations, it is very pretty! I absolutely love it! ๐
Very cute! This, along with your other creations, makes me want to learn to knit!
