My son is the author of several children’s books, but he has also written nonfiction for an adult audience. Thomas Nelson has just published Notes from the Tilt-A-Whirl: Wide-Eyed Wonder in God’s Spoken World, and I hope you will all read it. It’s available June 30 from Amazon right here. Just a hint: the tilt-a-whirl is this planet that we are all riding on. And I promise that N.D. Wilson is a very good note taker. If you have no childlike wonder, he will help you find it.
I can’t wait! I already pre-ordered. Yipeeeeeee! I heard from a nice little bird over on Goodreads that it’s similar to the Flotsam C/A articles, and those are my FAVORITES. Ever. Curse Killer tops the list.
Just read as far as Amazon would allow me, and am looking forward to reading the whole thing! I did do a double take for a split second there while reading the first few pages: “…What the hell is this place?” Wait, did he just say hell? I wondered to myself “can he say that?…” hahaha, I suppose I have more to read and learn about this wonderfully imaginative author! 🙂
Wow. That is amazing. I love all of Nate’s books. I can’t wait until the next ones come out!!
I love your son’s books. My favorite are the Right Behind books, though I don’t see much mention of them any where. Any reason for that? I cried laughing at the pancreases and implants floating around; I do understand this is a different genre. I look forward to reading it.
